Rehabilitation through movement
Our rehabilitation space is dedicated to movement and the gradual return to physical activity. Supervised by our physiotherapists, the sessions are tailored to your individual situation, whether following an injury or surgery, or to improve your mobility, posture, and overall physical condition.

Consultations take place in quiet and confidential treatment rooms, creating an environment that promotes attentive listening and high-quality care. Each treatment begins with a thorough assessment and clear explanations, allowing us to guide you effectively throughout your rehabilitation.
Treatment is mainly carried out in a dedicated care space, where we work primarily with hands-on techniques during the 30-minute session. Rehabilitation exercises in the gym area may be offered as a complement to the individual treatment, either before or after the session, in order to reinforce the work performed and optimise your progress.
We also offer complementary techniques such as shockwave therapy, Tecar therapy and cryotherapy to optimise recovery and support the treatment of certain conditions.
